Event Details: Dates, times, locations and format are subject to change. Any material changes will be communicated via email.

Participation: This event is designed for educational and community-building purposes. It is not therapy, counseling or medical advice.

Conduct: Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain a welcoming environment for all attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

Intellectual Property: All workshop materials, including handouts, exercises, and content, are the intellectual property of Sister Friend Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to incidental photography or video that may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify the host in writing prior to the event.

Assumption of Risk: Attendees participate at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their personal well-being during the event
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendee Cancellations: Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable, as space and materials have already been reserved.

No-Shows: No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event.

If the event must be canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be honored for the new date, with the option to request a refund if the new date does not work for you.
