Friendship by Design is a guided, small-group class designed to help women build deeper, more intentional friendships. It blends research-informed insight, reflection and practical tools you can use to immediately apply in real-life relationships.

Who is the class for?

This class is for women who:
Want more meaningful friendships.
Feel like friendship has changed in adulthood.
Are tired of surface-level connection.
Want tools (not just inspiration) for building community.
Want a deeper connection with current friends.

Do I need to come with a friend?

Not at all! Many participants come on their own. The class is intentionally structured to feel welcoming, low-pressure and easy to step into—even if you don't know anyone.

What will the class be like?

Expect a warm, thoughtful and structured experience. The class includes:
Short teaching segments
Guided reflection
Gentle group discussion
Practical exercises you can use beyond the class.

You'll never be required to share anything beyond your comfort level.

How long is the class?

Each class runs approximately 2.5- 3 hours, including short breaks.

Live facilitated instruction
A printed workbook
All materials and activities

What should I bring?

Just yourself! Everything else you need will be provided. Ok...maybe a light jacket.

Can I bring my child?

We love children but have found that attendees bringing children are often distracted. To protect your time and investment, we ask that childcare be procured before the event for all children. Thank you for understanding.

Is this faith-based?

The class is values-driven and reflective but not tied to a specific religious tradition. Women of all backgrounds and belief systems are welcome.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another person at no cost. Please notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event are eligible  for a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations within the 10 days of the event are non-refundable. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.

What if I have food allergies or accessibility needs?

We want everyone to feel welcome. Please contact us at least 10 days prior to the event so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer private, small-group sessions?
